Hey Reader,

Okay, email doesn't suck.

But parts of it kinda do.

I spent most of 2025 thinking of email as my primary marketing platform, pointing everyone to my list, focusing on consistency, and prioritising increasing my CTR and getting more replies so the email gatekeepers like me more. 😆

And lemme be clear, I've done all the "grow your list" things like bundles and summits, but my people don't really seem to hang out there.

After a few months, these new leads mostly churn out.

I was focused on the above metrics and generating SALES, not growing the size of my list. I did grow it of course, but as a side-effect of the above.

The results:

My open rates are around 35%, CTR is like 1.5%, I consistently get replies, and my unsubscribes are REALLY LOW- even when I'm selling for like a month and a half straight.

And I've really enjoyed email writing- it's a throwback to the pre-social media times, and it's nice to know this is zinging it's way to you, not getting lost in the sea of AI slop and bad news that is social media 😆

Plus if you're here, you either really hate me or you like reading my stuff lol- I prefer to think you like me, so I tell you more things. More details I cut out of public-facing stuff.

But here's the problem.

Unless you reply to my emails, the connection is a little one-sided.

I don't really learn anything about you except if you opened or clicked on something, and that's not a lot of information.

We use social media because it's social. And I've kinda missed that connection in email form.

So I opened a Skool- the community is free to join, and we can have a reciprocal relationship AWAY from social media.

It's the place where I'm hosting all my content for Singularity, and I'm currently re-working all my best-selling and top-performing content to move over there for those who choose to upgrade to premium and access the content.

And let's be real- your ideal client is probably already on the platform. Maybe you're already there, too!

So I'm absolutely not gonna stop emailing- don't worry.

But I've missed connecting with you, and I'm so happy to see conversations already starting in the group!
