Hey Reader,

I've been considering something lately...

Is the pursuit of authenticity keeping us stuck?

Is the concept of who we think we are so entrenched, that it's become a personal and moral failing to change our minds about something?

I've heard a lot of people say that people don't change.

My 10 years in recovery would beg to differ.

All my life experience shows that we're changing all the time, in ways we might not even notice.

And if we do want to alter something about ourselves, we absolutely can.

So isn't it more real to evolve? πŸ¦‹

Is it not more authentic to make mistakes, to fail, to learn?

Adam Mosseri, the Head of Instagram, recently said, "AI killed perfection."

To be a work-in-progress is to be human. πŸ™

It doesn't make you less than to admit there's more to learn, to express gratitude, or to change your mind after seeing a new perspective.

Embrace the beauty of becoming yourself ✨ and every scar you collect along the way.

You don't need to project perfection to be successful- far from it! πŸ‘½

Self-censorship is often what's keeping you stagnant.

Tell me- have you ever told yourself you couldn't do something, only to find out you could?

(Public speaking, writing a poem, or starting a business, perhaps?) 😘

Reply to this email and share with me- I'd love to know! πŸ™

Okay love you bye,
